I always write these blogs about sports.  I love sports.  Watching sports is one of the most important things to me, and I love watching all different kinds of sports – basically anything that isn’t golf.  As a fan of a number of sports, the end of the summer is probably my favorite time of the year.  Baseball season is still going on, European soccer seasons are just getting started, American football is starting, and basketball and hockey are right around the corner.  On top of that there are often MMA events going on and lots of e-sports tournaments are being held as well.  

So on weekends, I can enjoy sports basically all day!  My son is almost three years old and, while I won’t push him to play a sport unless he wants to, I enjoy being able to share my hobbies with him.  On weekends, he always says “I want to watch baseball!” so I like to make breakfast and sit on the couch with him and watch for a little bit.  This time of year always makes me happy, and I’ll be enjoying it for as long as it lasts in 2019!
