Learning to Write
Blog|更新日:2021年4月10日/土曜日
My son has been really interested in writing recently, and a lot of his focus has been on learning hiragana and Japanese writing. We practice the alphabet a bit at home, and he’s been trying to write his name in English. Writing can be difficult, but learning to do it in two languages at the same time can be really difficult. The results have been pretty good! He makes some mistakes, especially with his lower case “a” (as you can see in the photo below). Some of his letters are backwards, and some are just really difficult to write. But he’s having fun, and I’m really enjoying seeing him grow. Here he is after trying to write his own name (Kairi).
