Hello everyone! Wasn’t the weather this weekend amazing?! I was so excited because I was able to go out to Lake Biwa for the day and really enjoy it. I was told about Chikubu Island and had to see it for myself. From Nagahama we took a 30 minute boat ride out to the island. I really enjoy being on boats so this part was really fun. Then, we were able to explore the island for about 2 hours before leaving. Seeing all the temples and shrines there was really nice. And the view was so pretty! I really want to go back there some day!
