Armadillos!

Hey y’all!
For those of you who are Gifu students, perhaps you have seen the weird green wooden turtle-looking thing laying around the branch. Well, despite everyone thinking it’s a turtle, it is in fact an armadillo that I brought when I first came to Japan. Native to South America but found within the southern US, armadillo means “little armored ones” for the hard shell that covers their body. They aren’t hostile, but they will bite if provoked, and that is a trip to the hospital that you do NOT want to take. They like to eat bugs that live in ground which is why you normally see them digging around in your garden. A lot of people think they are a menace, but I find them to be super cute! With that said, I’m also not the one trying to grow tomatoes
What do y’all think about them?
See y’all in class!
