I recently went strawberry picking with my family and our family friends.  It was my first time doing so in Japan. I was a little surprised at first that you couldn’t actually bring the strawberries home, but we had a lot of fun.  Our assigned row of strawberries was very long and there were so many to eat!  My kids both loved it, but my daughter was especially enjoying herself.  The funny thing is that a year ago she refused to eat strawberries at home, but once she got to the strawberry picking place, she was absolutely obsessed.  It was a great family activity and I would love to do it again some time.
