Now that the weather has been getting warmer, we have started resuming our favorite outdoor activities.  Just about every weekend (as long as it’s not raining) we go to our favorite park in Nagoya.  There’s a lot of space to play and run around, and there’s a great playground, too.  But my kids’ favorite spot in the park is a long stream that runs through it.  During a recent trip to the park, my son noticed something in the water.  At first it looked like a leaf, but when he got closer he saw that it was actually a baby turtle.  It was so tiny and cute.  My son loves all kinds of animals and insects, so he was happy to have found and held it for a little bit.  I wonder if it will still be there the next time we go!
