Hey y’all! 

so I had the opportunity to eat Zunda mochi, beef tongue, cherry cake and cherry Pokey in Sendai and Yamagata. The cherry cake was by far my favorite,  but the Zunda mochi was one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. The texture was terrible and the sweetness was just so out of place. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Have you eaten Zunda mochi?
