When I was younger, I really liked drinking Yakult.
I always bring one at school to drink during recess time.
However, it is too small and I always wanted to drink more.
Everytime I asked, my mom would tell me I can only drink one per day. It made me sad and I thought to myself, “Is there a bigger Yakult?”. After I moved to Japan, I discovered a drink called グングングルト. It is bigger than Yakult and it tastes similar. I’m so happy about my discovery. I drink it everyday.

Hey everyone. I’m feeling a little under the weather today so I thought we should talk about comfort food! What is comfort food you may ask. Well, comfort food is food that provides consolation or a feeling of well-being, typically having a high sugar or carbohydrate content and associated with childhood or home cooking.
What counts as comfort food varies from country to country, region to region, and person to person. When I’m sick or feeling under the weather I like to eat soups. Usually I eat something like barely soup with beef, chicken noodle soup, or vegetable beef soup. I really like crusty bread to dip in my soup as well.
In the US there are many types of comfort food. What about in your country? What do you like to eat when you’re feeling sick?
See yah again soon!

Welcome back to Part 4 of the Left Hand versus Right Hand Challenge.
We left off here with our cute Hello!s teddy bears. The right side is completed, and the left side is still in progress. His ear still needs to be filled in, as well as his face, and his hat/hood.
Next, I took the chestnut pencil to fill in the shading and shadows.
Then, I finished colouring the rest of the image. This teddy looks wobbly, but he’s not bad!
FInished! Check out the teddies side by side.
Labeled, signed, and dated. It should go without saying that the drawing on the right with my dominant hand is the better picture. But, we can benefit a lot from practising with our non dominant hands.
First, we can develop our writing and drawing skills with practise. A surprise benefit is that if we ever find ourselves injured, and without use of our dominant hand, we have a “back up” hand ready to use! It will take a lot of time and patience to work up your strength to match your dominant hand, however. If you can use both of your hands interchangeably, you are considered to be ambidextrous.
In the meantime, your weaker, and less skilled hand can be great as an illustrator if you need to imitate a children’s drawing. If you use your non-dominant hand to do this, you can get a more authentic looking result.
I hope you had had fun with me during this challenge, and I look forward to seeing you in the next one!
