During the break, American teachers were asked to make many Kotsurisu videos. Us American teachers from Texas were really missing tacos, so we took advantage of the idea of creating a “cooking show” where we made tacos! The video was really fun to make and the tacos we made were delicious!

Making tacos made me really miss home and the different types of tacos that were available to me. My personal favorites were bean and cheese tacos, and bacon and egg tacos. Those tacos are technically “breakfast tacos” you would eat in the morning. What we made in the video are average tacos with ground beef.  There are also fajita tacos that are supper yummy made with sizzling pieces of chicken of beef. SO GOOD.

I am so happy that there we found some ingredients here in Japan to make tacos! I would have gone crazy without having some every once in a while. Everyone should try tacos at some point, please what our Kosuritsu video to learn how to make some!

Hey y’all!

 Along with playing Animal Crossing, Mariam, Nikki, Blair and I have been making A LOT of Kotsu Kotsu videos for y’all! We’ve done everything from tasting Japanese drinks, cooking tutorials and even playing with yo-yos… Staying inside continues to be BORING, but at least we’re having some fun making funny content for y’all! Anyway, I hope you guys are ready for the funniest videos ever!

突然ですが、うちの姪っ子は（誰に似たのか）食べるのが大好きです！！！

体は同じ年のお友だちと比べて小粒ですが、食べる量はものすごいです。

（あれだけ食べても変わらないなんて、うらやましい限りです…←）

今はわたしが帰省を自粛しているので、そんな彼女ともお正月以来会えていませんが、

先日いちご餅を送ったところ、それを食べるチャンスを得たらしく喜んでいたそうです。

Next year, when spring comes around, I’d love to take her to go strawberry picking!!

But for now, we should all stay home to help the people who are fighting against COVID-19 on the front line!!!!!!!!

Hello! Since COVID-19 has made us all spend more of our time indoors, I hope everyone is able to make the most of it! I know it can get pretty boring staying inside most days. The American teachers were tasked with making some more Kotsurisu videos for you all and this really helped us to make each day fun and productive. Sam, Nikki, Mariam, and I worked together to come up with some fun video ideas that we could complete indoors. From cooking to learning new skills, and even playing the game “Telephone” with a new twist! We had such a good time making these, and we hope you enjoy them just as much as we do!
