10月の始めに小学生以下の生徒を対象としたハロウィンパーティーを行いました！

毎回どんなコスチュームを着ようか悩んでしまいますが、

生徒のみなさんの楽しそうな表情が見れるのでいつも張り切ってしまいます。

今年は「おじいさん」になってみました。

実は今週２５日金曜日～来週３１日木曜日まで、ハローズの先生たちは

それぞれの校舎で仮装をしてレッスンを行います。

ぜひ、できるだけたくさんの先生たちを探してみてください！

The Halloween Party was a lot of fun, and I loved seeing students in their costumes. I hope that everyone who came enjoyed the activities (especially trick-or-treating!).

The younger students made something called “exquisite corpses.” The name sounds strange and scary but it’s a term to describe several people making one piece of art together. One person will make a head, one person will make an upper body and one person will make a lower body. I used to practice this a lot with my friends. It’s fun to make up stories for the monsters/demons/animals/people/aliens you create! The students’ monsters look pretty wild but they are also charming. I like their bright colors and strange proportions — some have big heads, some have heads that don’t touch their bodies, and one has a head with floating parts! 

我が家に七輪がやってきました。

念願の七輪でおもち、鶏肉、ししゃもなどを焼いて食べました。

ホットプレートやフライパンで焼いて食べるのもおいしいですが、

時間をかけて焼いている分よりおいしくなっているように感じます。

秋の食材をのせて食べるのを今から楽しみにしています！

寒暖差が激しい日が続いていますが、みなさん体調には気をつけてください！

Hey, Y’all! Today in Osaka I will see one of my favorite bands live, named BAND-MAID! They consist of 5 members, Miku Kobato, Kanami Tono, Akane Hirose, Misa and Saiki Atsumi. category ‘but make pretty solid J-pop / J-Rock music! It is extremely hard to get tickets for them, since they are very popular in Japan and their tickets are sold in a lottery styled fashion, but I was really lucky to finally get a hold of some tickets! They have their music on Spotify, so I definitely recommend it!

みなさんこんにちは。

映画は好きですか？僕は話題の映画のみ映画館で見るミーハーです。好きな映画がドッカーンバッカーンなっている頭空っぽにして見るアクション映画とラブコメですが、話題の映画「ジョーカー」を見てきました。

賞を取ったり、ノミネートされる映画はある程度の教養や知識、また感受性の豊かさが必要ですね。自分は感受性の豊かさしか備えていませんでした。

他の人の批評や考察を読んで、はぇ～って楽しみました。頭空っぽ映画では味わえない経験でした。上映中は頭空っぽだったんですけどね。
