Hey y’all! 

Recently I had some friends come in to town! I met Donicia in college and Stephanie is her roommate! Fun fact! If I didn’t know Donicia, I wouldn’t know Jeramine. It’s weird how we’re all kind of connected. Anyways, I showed her around town and went to a tea ceremony in Tarui! It was so much fun!

When I went to Tokyo a few weeks ago, my friend really wanted matcha! I’d heard of this popular Matcha cafe in Shibuya which we had to try! 

It was super busy, and we had to wait a while, but it was really good!

GWが終わりましたが、皆さんは素敵なGWを過ごせましたでしょうか。

一週間授業が無いこともあり、私は実家がある故郷の和歌山県に帰りのんびり過ごしていました。

実は関西のエスカレーターは岐阜とは逆で、右側に並んで左側を開けるというルールがあります。

毎回和歌山に帰る途中、そのことを忘れ左側に立ってしまったり、駅でコテコテの大阪弁を聞いていると関西に帰ってきたなぁという感じがします。

無事和歌山についた後は、地元が田舎過ぎて特にやることがなく、家族と出かけるか、小中高の友人と遊びに行く時以外は家でのんびりしてました。

皆さんも、もしGWこんなことしたよ！というお話があれば、是非授業前後の空き時間などに教えてください。

ゴールデンウィークが終わり、学校やお仕事が再開になった方も多いと思います。ハローズは昨日5/6（月・振替）から通常授業が再開しました。

毎日を頑張って過ごすからこそ、週末や連休といったフリータイムがより楽しく感じられるのだと思います！しっかり遊ぶ、しっかり休む、しっかり勉強する、というリズムを心がけて、皆さん健康的な毎日を送ることができるといいですね(^^)

During Golden Week I decided to take a trip to Hiroshima. The main motivation for going there was to eat lots of delicious food! Shortly after arriving in Hiroshima I looked for something to eat for lunch and ended up finding a restaurant that served Hiroshima tsukemen. I ate lunch there and it was delicious!
